Woman in Superdry hoodie goes missing on New Year’s Eve in Derby

An appeal has been launched to try and find a woman who went missing on New Year’s Eve.

Ali Steward, of Huxley Close, Sunny Hill, has not been in contact with her family or been seen at her home for two days.

The 20-year-old, who is deaf, was last seen by family leaving an address in Malham Road, Littleover, at about 10pm on New Year’s Eve.

Derbyshire Constabulary says it is concerned for her welfare and has said she may struggle to find her way home.

Police say Ali is descried as being white, around 5ft 4ins tall, of medium build and having very long, light brown hair.

Officers say she was last seen wearing a grey Superdry hoodie, a black-hooded coat and grey/black leggings.
