Founded in 1923 the members have always welcomed newcomers to the clubhouse. This is reflected by the number of Societies returning year on year. The Derby Ram competition challenges the best in the County for this prestigious Trophy which is presented by the Mayor of Derby. The caterers produce not only quality meals but the best value for money across the County. The Club has a large Senior Section which has weekly at home competitions and 18 home and away team events annually.
