Derby is Fantastic for Families This Easter!
Sat 9 April – Sun 24 Apr 2022
Venues and organisations in the Derby Family Arts Network are making sure that this Easter is Fantastic for Families. QUAD, Artcore, Baby People, Deda, Derby Live, Derby Museums, Derby Theatre & Sinfonia Viva will bring a fantastic variety of creative events to families across Derby city including film, art, music and theatre with many activities being free.
With the support of national organisation the ‘Family Arts Campaign’ all the Derby organisations are signed up to the ‘Family Arts Standards’ offering families extra support and reassurance that their unique needs as visitors have been considered. The standards are also in place to help families feel confident they can return to venues during COVID and choose activities most suited to them.
Sarah Bulmer, Derby Family Arts Ambassador based at QUAD said: “Derby has so much to offer families this Easter. It’s amazing to see such a great selection of events and activities for families to try out and experience together.”
To find out what’s happening across Derby venues and organisations, families can visit the Fantastic for Families website at www.fantasticforfamilies.com You can also keep up with the latest news on Facebook and Instagram @fantasticforfamiliesderby
